A Few Things Before We Finish...

There are some logistical things I wanted to address before I post the last set of episodes today:

-There are still a few episodes in need of fixing, for example the flashback with Locke and Abbadon in the hospital was omitted, and needs to be added to Episode 014, or the mobisode with Jack and Ben playing chess was omitted.  I've got a log of changes that I need to make, and so once I finish posting all of the episodes my top priority will be getting these fixed and re-posted.

-As I said earlier, I am working on creating HQ versions of the series.  I will then share the whole series via torrent for those that would like to download it.  It's going to be a pretty sizable series, as the current version takes up about 40GB, so the HQ version might be closer to 100GB or so.  More to come on that when we get there.

-If any of my uploads stop working for some reason, just leave a comment on that episode's page, and I'll go ahead and get it re-uploaded.

Okay, I think that's all I've got.

  1. congratulations for this project! great! :D just one question: as you rip from dvd, is it a chance you can add english subtitles in the upcoming HQ project?
    cheers :)

  2. @stefanone - Thanks! Unfortunately the video has already been ripped, and I didn't do it with the subtitles intact, so I don't think I'll be able to incorporate that into the HQ version of the project.

  4. I can't remember the episode, but you might also want to check out the flashback episode where Hurley finds out the origin of the Numbers. It seems like he's talking to his mother about going to Australia before the scene in the hospital when Leonard tells him he needs to go there.

Great job with this project. Can't wait for the hi-def episodes.

  5. Darren: That's correct. There is a slight mixup in the flashback order there. He tells his mother that Leonard Simms told him about the Numbers in Kalgoorlie, and then, much later, we see this event, where Leonard tells Hurley about the numbers.

  6. Thank you for this enormous project. I have a request, could you use BluRay rips for the high quality versions? Season 6 just came out.

  7. @Darren, @Choekaas - Not to worry, that sequence of events made my 'fix' list.

@Kim Hyoyeon - Unfortunately the way my project files are created, they are designed specifically for a 720x480 format (Standard DVD size). To change the project to fit a Blu-Ray resolution would basically entail re-doing the entire project (Not to mention me probably needing to upgrade my PC to handle the increase in processing needs). So my HQ episodes will be as close to DVD-quality as I can get them, but that's it.

  8. Well done for this project, I'll admit that I was skeptical that it would happen but you have successfully followed through. Thanks so much for this.

  10. It seems like most of the torrents have been removed (likely because no one is seeding). Is it possible to put them back up? I'd really love to see the rest of it!

  11. @Sign I will upload the torrents on my own so that they aren't removed by any other sites.

  12. hey thank you, very great job. but i think, at least english subtitles are essential. it's not necessary that subtitles must be embedded.

can you combine just .srt subtitles?

    1. Unfortunately it's not that simple. The subtitle files are fine for the full episodes themselves, but as Chronologically LOST is a mash up of all the different episodes, the subtitle files would be useless. The project would need its own set of custom-made subtitles, and I don't have the resources to do something like that.
