Episode 061: November 30-December 1, 2004 (Days 70 to 71)

December.  The last month on the island.  Well, until they come back in three years.  You know what I mean.  Desmond tries to help Claire fix her...tent.  Colleen is brought back from the sailboat on a stretcher, and her husband Danny probably won't be too happy.  Sawyer tries an ingenious plan to escape, but Ben foils it, of course.  He knocks Sawyer out, who comes to tied up on a table in a room somewhere.  Ben tells him that he put a pacemaker inside his chest, and if his heart rate gets too high, he will die.  Colleen is in critical condition, so Juliet gets Jack to try and help with the surgery.  She's too far gone, though, and dies.  In the process Jack finds out about Ben's tumor from the x-rays he saw.  Desmond sets up a lightning rod, which is struck by lightning shortly thereafter.  We head off the island, where we see Michael at home, clearly distraught.  He gets in his car, and tries to kill himself by running into a cargo container, but fails and ends up in the hospital.  Back on Hyrda Island, Ben wakes Sawyer up and takes him on a hike.  He takes him to the shore of the island, where he shows Sawyer that they're on a different island than the one he crashed on.  The episode runs 37:59 and is 312MB to download.  You can stream the episode below (via Facebook), or go here to use torrents (better quality, recommended) to download the episodes to your computer.

Part 1

Part 2

  1. i love seeing libby as a ghost only a short while after we saw her murdered.. it's amazing how much better a lot of the show's 'retcons' play when it's laid out chronologically..

  2. A lot has apparently happened to Michael in the four days since he left the island.

    1. Yeah, that was one of the more interesting aspects of all of this, seeing Michael's story laid out like this. Instead of seeing him leave at the end of Season 2 and then not see him again for more than a year, you get to see how quickly his story comes about after he leaves the island.
